I can't open/play a 3G2 (3GPP or 3GPP2 - not sure which) video file sent from a cell phone.
I downloaded RealPlayer, which is supposed to support that file format. I did have an older version of RP on the computer, and I haven't deleted it, and I don't know whether the newer version automatically superceded the old one.
Each time I try to play the file, I get a pop-up inviting me to upgrade to RealPlayer Plus (for a fee). But on the Help list of supported formats, the 3GPP format doesn't say that it is only viable for RP Plus.
Any suggestions? Ideas about what I can try? Should I just delete it all and start over?
