Virgin Mobile Broad band lack of interest in their customers problems

    I have been battling with Virgin Mobile Broadband to go for 7 days now. I am no closer to a solution that when I started. They replaced defective equipment with defective equipment and have done absolutely nothing to address this problem. Well that's not entirely true, they have made numerous empty promises before they went back to ignoring me.

    Has anyone else had any problems with this so called company?
