You can not flash any GSM network phones. They are AT&T and T-Mobile. All others can be flashed.
Do you need to change your Sim Cards? Then I advice instead of flashing you can go with unlock codes to remove the restriction from the network lock....You can get the unique unlock code for your mobile from trusted third party unlocking vendors like http://www.theunlockarena.com/supported-phones/rs16wp7/ wherein they provide unlocking solution for various mobile models. You just need to specify the mobile make, model, country and the network to which the mobile is locked to....and get the respective unlocking service with free unlock instructions.
