I cannot get onto to Redgage. I hadn't used it in a while and forgot my password. Then I get these messages from Redgage about activity and I want to check. But I don't remember the password. The prompt says that a password reset code will be sent to me, but nothing is sent to me. Anyone else having a similar problem?
I don't know. I haven't forgotten my password and just logged into my account.
Are you sure of the email account that you set up the account with? And, secondly, sometimes system like automated email delivery can take some time, depending on the congestion of the Internet and RedGage servers.
