    In your situation, the best and direct way is using a password reset program, it allows you to reset the password of windows without knowing the old one by burning to a blank CD or USB flash drive.     Windows 7 password didn't work, I met this awful thing a month ago. I tried a lot of methods, it took me much time, but none of those worked. At last, I download Windows Password Reset 9.0 from and reset the password with it.
