The 18th edition of 32 day DSF Commenced on Thursday Jan 3, 2013 in Dubai Creek the location of the first DSF in 1996. The five minute musical fireworks display the longest display of fireworks in the history of DSF. It was amazing that within five minute around forty thousand stretched fireworks and also merged with a theme song of DSF, “Dubai Danat Ul Dunia” means Dubai the pearl of the world.The very peculiar pyrotechnic show filled the sky with various colours was the most spectacular item in DSF.
The first edition started with around 1 million visitors who spent 2.5 billion Dirhams and in 2011 DSF attracted 4 million visitors and spent more than 15 billion Dirhams . Now Dubai is the best shopping hub in the world.
The DSF celebration consists of live performances, street shows, stage shows, plays and concerts.
An agency of Dubai economics development department known as DEPE making events and promotions in the right way. Shopping discount is the main factor that attracting people in the world.
