    I am a fan of the Sim games.  I like plays The Sims 2 because the effects are better than the original.  I enjoy creating charactes in the games, and playing the characters that have already been created.

    It is an excellent learning tool.  Sometimes I do build a home for my sim or sims.  It takes time to select what material you will use, but I enjoy taking my time to do it.  I am really selective on what I pick.

    It is also keeping track of the money you earn, so you can be on a budget on deciding how to decorate your home, or if you want to expand it.

    Does anyone own the Sim games?

    I love the Sims. When I had my son it's what kept me going through all his sleeping (man, I miss those days).

    I, too, prefer Sims 2. I'm a little behind on the expansion packs, but after the holidays I'm hoping to catch up. . .if I ever have the time for the game again. A one year old can be a handful.

    Yes, my computer hates me for having a lot of the Sims 2 expansion packs.

    I really like the pets expansion pack. Most of them, I get just for the additions. Oh, and Seasons is fun. It's amusing when I forget to put a roof on a house I build and they walk around with snow in their house... x_x;

    And Malina, the handful never ends. There's a four year old running around here... ^^;

    Oooh, man. I just got Seasons (well, a little while ago). Haven't played around with it much. I loooove being able to grow things. I love plants (wish I had a yard to grow things) so Sims was my way of gardening.

    I can't wait for the little one to go to school. . .maybe I can start playing again.

    Yeah, the planting is expensive though, that it's hard for first generation sims to be able to afford the greenhouse, or any of the plants. But, it's still fun!

    The four year old is sick here, so she's home from school today. Sigh.

    Does anyone have Bon Voyage?  I rarely have time to play anymore, but am thinking about getting Bon Voyage because it looks neat.

    I heard it had a lot of problems when it was first out, but it has been enough months...I'm betting the patches are already out too by now.

    A friend of mine has Bon Voyage, but I've never personally played it. I've heard mixed things about it. I'm sorta interested, but really... my computer already hates me. ;3 I'm pretty happy with what I have going as it is.

    Maybe I'll write a hub on Sim reviews! Hah. x)

    That'd be great! I'd definitely read them and pass them to my sister (she's a Sims geek, too). More viewers for you!

    I'll be waiting for those reviews. . .

    You guys made me want to play, so I went to my computer last night...my husband had deleted everything!  So, I had to reinstall and start over.  By the time everything was reinstalled, it was kind of late.  I didn't have much time after that.

    Silly boys.

    Oh no! I'd beat my husband if he ever deleted my games. I put a lot of time into them.

    I hope it all works okay for you!

    The Sims 3 is GREAT!! It is your very own valley sized slice of virtual life you should check it out! The social interactions are awsome and hillarious you should create some famous peeps or peeps you know and put them in funny/comprimising situations...oh the fun

    Just started in May (B-Day gift)  Not quite hooked on them yet....I think I created a character who is too demanding.  I started a new one and  She's easier to work with but I am going about it slowly ( don't want to have to kill her off)
