   The worst is usually the best. The best because it is honest. If a person does not want to hire you, they will do and say whatever it takes to block you from joining that company. And as W. Clement Stone would say with PMA, "that's good". It is a warning or an omen that this place is terrible for you. You will not be treated well  or respected at that company. Heed the warning and move on to a better company with pleasant people.

   When I knew the answers to their questions but got nervous and couldn't get the right words out of my mouth.

   I once had an interview at a company that was located two hours away from my home.  The company told me that I was suppose to fill out and bring a provided form to the interview. In those days I was a procrastinator, so I chose to wait until the morning of the interview to print out the form.  As you would expect, my printer chose not to work that day.  I ended up driving the two hours to the business and asking the interviewer if she could provide me the form.  I filled it out on the spot.
   
   Needless to say, I never heard back from the company.  I've since learned to always be proactive and plan ahead!
