Why are the vertical formatted photographs appearing in a horizontal way once I upload them?
This has never happened before but now I can’t get my photographs strait, the way they should be looked at. Instead of appearing vertical once I upload them they appear horizontally, and then the image is lying down, if you know what I mean…….
Have you taken them into photoshop and formatted them in a vertical position? I would try that first, but if they are in a vertical format it shouldn't matter.
If you don't have photoshop send one to me (the size you want and ppi) and I'll send it back to you then you can try it again.
Rotate them through an angle of 90 degrees by opening them in a photo editing application. Go Paint->images->flip/rotate->rotate by 90 degrees. Then save it there and upload it here.
Yes I have formatted them in a vertical position by rotating them in my photo-edit-program; in my computer they are vertical but once I upload them they turn out to be horizontal again..... it is very weird, it has never happened to me before and I have uploaded many vertical formatted photos. I have even tried deleting them and uploading them again and the same thing happens!
I thank both for your help anyway and for your kind offering somethgblue.
I just checked my own vertical photos and they're still upright. Also checked one of your hubs and the only vertical photo was upright, so I'm assuming the problem has solved itself. Weird things happen in the Edit section when HP is rolling out a new feature. This time they were implementing the ability to upload videos. I'm guessing your account was simply one that got temporarily scrambled when HP added the vid upload code.

Do you give more attention to new formatted hubber profiles over the old?The new profile formatting is a real improvement in look and usability. Some hubber's profiles are awesome. Does this make you frown on those who have not updated yet? I understand that it's their choice, but do you find...

For the last couple of days my comments appear 2 or even 3 times and I know I have only hit the comment button once. I go back in and delete them. This was a problem several months ago and it was resolved. Anyone else having this problem?

Where is the print button on the newly formatted pages?I can't seem to find the print option which used to convert the article into a printable version.

Its weird and hard to read. Why would someone publish a hub like this. Freckles аrе small flat brown spots thаt аppеаr оn sun-exposed skin, еѕpеcіаlly thе face аnd arms. Freckles аrе inherited аnd bеcоmе darker with consistent sun exposure. Ultraviolet rays frоm thе sun You understand what I am...

I've asked this before and got no response from HQ so I'm asking again because I hate what these ads are doing to my Hubs. When an ad is inserted between 2 text capsules (usually the first and second) it's often a tall vertical ad which doesn't fit properly. It pushes the second capsule too far...

I think that when a google ad is inserted between two text capsules, it really should be a horizontal, banner style ad not a vertical ad. You can see what I mean here:http://hubpages.com/hub/Alarm-Clocks-to … out-of-BedIt creates a really big gap between capsule 1 and 2, with a bit odd bit...
