    Doing what do good ideas strike you?

    Walking, swimming, trekking,traveling... or the traditional taking a nap. Which activity have provided a creativity moment for you?

    For me it is travelling that has benefited in many ways to fuel my creativity.  Scribbling thoughts on to a paper is another hobby I love the most.

    Squatting in the toilet, waiting for the business of the day to be over...

    Good ideas also come when we are about to fall asleep or just before waking up. According  to Silva Mind Control, that' s when the brain waves are at the level of creative intelligence... 10 cycles per second.
    In the wakeful state, it's 21 cps, while sleep is 6 cps, so we would definitely pass through 10 cps, if only momentarily. But if we can keep our brain at 10 cps for a longer period of time, that's when we will find a lot of ideas coming in. 10 cps is no big deal. Just as sunilkunnoth2012  says, he gets his idea when traveling. As long as our mind is mentally relaxed, we are near 10 cps.
