Why is it when I ask a request it keeps getting removed by moderator?
You are probably doing this the wrong way. Try to start with some reading on how this should be done properly - http://hubpages.com/docs/HubPagesGuide.pdf , it never hurts, you know...
Take a look at http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/2590 where I asked the same question. It would appear that it's the way we've phrased the request - hubpages doesn't want opinionated posts so you have to word your request so that it asks for a specific, technical reply...
...or something like that. Check the above forum topic, Jason explained it much better than I can.
Hubpages (moderators) remove requests that are not for:
1) detailed information on a specific subject
2) specific advice
They do not allow requests for a simple expression of opinion ("What do
you think about...", "What is your favorite...", etc) or for simple
questions that are already heavily addressed on the Web.
