Want to run something by you:

    I wrote articles about smoking meats on an electric smoker with pecan wood twigs for flavoring. These have generated a lot of interest. Many people don't have access to this type of wood. I'm wondering if we could ship this product - say 100 precut ready-to-use twigs for electric smokers. It takes 10-20 four-inch pieces for flavoring, depending on how "smoky" you want the meat. How much would you expect to pay for this?

    Any input would be much appreciated!

    I have an outdoor smoker and prefer apple wood or grapevine. Good luck, I think you may be onto something.  I also make sure no bark is on my wood, that's just nasty and one can hardly buy it like that.

    Haven't tried grapevine, but we have used apple wood. I like the pecan wood better - with apple juice in the water pan.
