I want to publish one of my articles which I gave to somebody for publishing but he didn't publish it. I want to publish that article on hupages. Can I do so? I don't know whether it has been published or not or I have become victim of fraud. I want to publish that post. Please help...
Why not just confirm its not on the web using a search engine? There should then be no problem publishing it if you wrote it. Good luck.
yes i tried it on plagiarism checker and found no results but instead do these searches work 100%. If I publish it on hubpages and if it is found published somewhere else also then? It will be copyright violation. I am the owner of that article-100%. Please help.
My view is if:
1. It is your article anyway
2. You've also done the P check
Then you should just publish - if this guy then posts it he will be seen as copying you.
No one will sue you over it anyway - lots of people copy other people's content on the web. The key thing is to be the first to post the information.
Hope this helps,
Google a few sentences in quotation marks
Pick out some content that you believe is unique to your writing style.
