Is this spam?
You'll get different opinions about this. Some hubbers delete any comments that have links in them.
If it's me - if the link is to a commercial site, I'd delete it.
If it links to somebody's blog or hub, and they are looking for a back link from a hub that is about the same topic but they are not selling anything directly - I go ahead and leave it. If it's tasteful and the topic is relevant to my hub somehow.
(I do this because back links can be hard to get, and I appreciate it when bloggers let me put my links on their pages.)

Blocked to post on FB groups due to spam
