Am I able to put test links to external websites and specific products in my hubs or is this not allowed. I am not selling these products or an affiliate I just want to talk about them.

Thanks for your replies, just trying to stay on the right side of the rules.
Just to clarify a bit, you can have as many outgoing links as you need to in a hub, but no more than two to the same domain.
