I was just looking at my stats and noticed a strange black arrow pointing up with a white exclaimation point inside it.  It is not listed in the symbols.  Does anyone know what it is?

It means the hub has a broken link.

How do I fix that?  It was not broken before.

You have to go into edit mode and check it. Links go dead all the time, if you have a video it might mean the video is no longer available.

Just edit your hub and re-link it.  It happened to me once too.  One of my links got broken.. I don't know how it happened but it did.

          You go to the hub.

          Edit the hub.

          Look for a "highlighted" link.

Edit the capsule the link is located in.

          Fix the link.

There were links that might have nothing wrong with, but the programming of Hubpages, requires you to at least edit the hub and save/done editing the hub. It will save any new changes.

I had a couple of hubs that said broken links and all I was required to do was edit the hub and leave, because the links were not actually broken.

          Hope that helps. smile

Thanks for asking GreenCat, I just came to the forums to ask the same question!

It isn't anything you did wrong. This will continue to happen whenever a link we used on one of our hubs is not available anymore.

It is ok. All you have to do is change it to a new one. smile
