why is my referral tracker not active. any attempt to enroll tells me: You currently not eligible to enroll in the Hubpages Ad Program…… does anyone know how i get to be eligible to enroll?
Look at the paragraph under "Opting In"
There are plenty of thread on this topic. However, it's presently being rolled out slowly for two reasons (a) testing and (b) invite only.
Be patient. Staff has said that everyone who has a paypal account and adsense account will be enrolled.
