I'm new at this and I need some clarity. I want to add the Hubpages Affiliate Program and it asks for some tax information. Now I have no idea how to do one because I have never filled one out. I am still a college student without a job and I was wondering do you really need one to add the affiliate program to your monetary arsenal. I have asked Hubpages themselves but I have yet to receive an answer so I was hoping if I can get some help here. Thanks
Unfortunately it is required for you to enter your tax information. This applies whether you live inside of outside of the states. Go to your hubpages account and you will see an area where you can place this information. Also the learning center, with FAQ's has information about this as well.

Can anyone explain why Arkansas is not eligible to participate in the Amazon Affiliate program? Is there a way around that? Are there other ways I can monetize my hubs?
