Okay, work with me here. When we chose to have the subdomain did we have to change anything w/ Amazon affiliate code or website or anything? Curious as to why it states I have 189 clicks but under tracking ID is 0....?

I have had a similar experience with Amazon.. ( the rude reply too) and just gave up on them... I would also like to know if there is a way of setting it right ..
I have not had this issue. Sometimes I forget to change the "date" - may be your associates homepage has a different period than the tracking ID summary report.
I don't think anything needs to be changed with sub-domain switch. We have our unique tracking ID and it works on any website/domain/sub-domain.
are the clicks coming from a different tracking id?
