Time Line Therapy™ is a further development of the NLP model and was articulated by Tad James and Wyatt Woodsmall in their book "Time Line Therapy and the Basis of Personality," this technique can be used to change the basic elements of a person's personality. Time Line Therapy is used to influence the "Basis of Personality" as outlined by James and Woodsmall, which is based on the NLP model. The Time Line model is a key to understanding how our memories, decisions, and experiences are collected and stored over time. How these are stored affects how we experience our lives and how we relate to time. This technique allows for the rapid release of anger, fear, sadness, guilt, hurt, and anxiety. It is also very effective for releasing limiting decisions and for placing goals in the future in a highly acheivable manner.
