Creamy Beef Stroganoff
How To Make Tasty Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients needed:
1 pkg of stew meat
2 containers of sour cream
2 boxes of spiral noodles
2 medium onions
2 cans of mushroom soup
garlic powder
salt
Steps To Follow:
First you need a skillet and a pot to boil your noodles in.
Start to boil your water
Take the stew meat and cut into bite size pieces.
Take your onion and cut them into 1/4 size pieces(Diced)
Place meat and onion in your skillet on medium heat and add a little water to prevent your meat from burning, add garlic powder as much or as little as you desire.
If water is boiling in pot add a box in a half of noodles, cook them till done or till they have a chewy texture but not hard or a mooshy texture.
In skillet when meat has browned drain any extra water that is in pan then return meat back to stove. Add one container of your sour cream to your meat and stir it in bring heat down to a simmer, then add the two cans of mushroom soup stir until the meat,sour cream and mushroom soup are all combined together. When combined remove pan from heat.
When your noodles are done drain noodles, place noodles back into the pot and return to stove with the heat off. Take your skillet of meat combination and dump on top of noodles, mix noodles and meat together well. Serve onto plates and enjoy your tasty Beef stroganoff and if you want a little extra sour cream just add a little more to it from the container you havent used.
