You can't ever go wrong with egg whites.
Egg whites by themselves taste horrible. My trick is to add a dash of salsa to them before eating. You can also try adding some chopped tomatoes and onions with a dash of tabasco sauce for added kick.
Another favorite way to eat egg whites is to heat up a pan with olive oil and fry some chopped onions, carrots, peas and any assorted veggies of your choice. Take them off the heat and pour about 6 egg whites into the pan (kind of like making an omelette). When the egg whites are done, take them off the heat and add the cooked veggies. Add a slice of cheese or some cottage cheese for a lovely, tasty, high protein breakfast.
