    Looking for some higher-protein quick snacks, ideas, anyone?

    I often pack raw almonds for on the go, but am looking for more ideas.

    Greek yogurt has a good amount of protein in it and it's tasty!

      Mmmm.... I do like greek yogurt!
      I should have specified -- I am looking for snacks to take on-the-go.  Although, I could pack a small cooler. smile

    caramel nut blast Balance bars are delicious and have 14 grams of protein...I eat one a day! Of course there are a lot of different flavors, but I listed my favorite smile

    Yes, yoghurt does the trick.  Add some oat bran,not high protein but will help fill the hole for a bit longer.
