Hi there. Just a simple question I am unsure about.

I have not have the eBay afflilation but I have eBay stuffs promoted on my hubs.

Do i earn anything if people purchase the eBay stuffs through my hubs?

    Thanks in advance

No.  It is completely pointless to add eBay capsules if you do not have eBay affiliation. Delete them.

I'm not sure that's entirely true.

Some of my hubs get plenty of traffic based almost solely upon the keywords found within eBay capsules.  Perhaps including eBay capsules but hiding them away at the bottom could result in more Adsense earnings (above the fold) from the additional traffic they might bring.

        Just a theory.

You won't get a cent. And signing up for ebay affiliates requires your own website (which hubpages is not).

    Use amazon capsules instead.

thank you for all the reply.

just want to make it clear that even if i have my own ebay afflilation, putting eBay products on my hubs (and sell them) will not earn me a cent right?

thank you and sorry for asking but just wanna make it real clear.

If you do have an eBay affiliate account, and you enter it into your settings on HubPages, then you will get commission for sales from your hubs.

If you haven't entered in your affiliate ID, then HubPages will most likely get the commission from sales instead.

Just so you are aware, you currently need your own established domain to apply for the eBay partner network.

And a side note - being an "ebay affiliate" requires pre-approval and a certain level of traffic:

Having an account to "buy and sell" on ebay is completely different.
