I was applied for adsense and google not approved my account due to the reason 'site under construction'. I had applied for adsense couple of times again and the result was the same. But in my affiliate settings there is an affiliate code under google affiliate code and under status there is a message 'Disabled by google for TOS violation'. How it's possible to disable an account, as it was not approved? And when ever I am trying, with my Gmail Id google says that this email ID is already in use with the google. I am never clicked any ad of mine hubs. Please help me to resolve this problem.

The only way for there to be an AdSense code in the affiliates section for Google is if you put it there. And if you did, then you evidently had an AdSense account at one time. No?

I agree. One has to provide part of the phone number and zip code used to apply for the account. Then the publisher ID will automatically filled in.

Any Adsense ad provides a link to contact them - at the "ads by Google" area.

The OP could also contact HubPages and ask for clarification. Perhaps include a link to this discussion. http://hubpages.com/contact_us/

No, I am confused by the question he asked, it seems somewhat contradicting! If he doesn't have adsense account, he shouldn't have ads on his hubs, to say he doesn't want to click on them. hmm!

You say your account was not approved but then you say you never clicked on any of your ads.

One of those statements has to be untrue, right?

deer Pcunix, I said true. Google not mailed me any approval message, but there is ads in my hubs already. How it happened? I don't know.

Those are HP ads, not yours.

Have you read the Learning Center articles? Do you understand how this site works?

I don't quite follow Pcunix this time. If the account was not approved, it would be impossible to click on one's own ads. Besides, the OP only said he had never clicked on any ads on his hubs. There could be many other reasons for an application not being approved.

What seems to have happened is that the OP has submitted multiple applications, one of them was briefly approved and then promptly disabled for TOS violations. So the OP has an AdSense account, and the only possible solution is to file an appeal to get it reinstated.

My point was that he said there was a code in Affiliate settings. Obviously he put it there, but he says he was never approved.  So he is very confused or not telling the entire truth.

I see... Not being entirely truthful about AdSense TOS violations would not be completely unprecedented.

Deer 'Pcunix' , I said that I was applied three time for adsense, as they not approved me. I am not put the code myself and I can't !!. May be google was briefly approved my account and then disabled as said by 'website Examiner'.
Is there is any condition for google with the duration of hubs for approval? Or any special conditions for people residing in INDIA? As I am a newbie in hub pages, I don't know some important matters. sorry if any mistake in my question.

There is a 6 months waiting period for AdSense applicants from India. The site - here the HubPages account - has to be 6 months old.

You are welcome. Google always shows ads on hubs. If you had an active AdSense account, you would be getting 60% of the page impressions, HubPages 40%. Currently, HubPages gets 100%. It is their website, after all.
