Should There be Some Stability to Out going links?

   I want to discuss shouldn't there be some line after that we do not disturb status of a out going link from dofollow to nofollow or visa verse, again and again with stable article points system.
   
   In my personal experience and opinion changing a link status from dofollow to nofollow and again to dofollow makes it low quality link to give value to with regard to SEO purpose. And unfortunately Hubpages system plays with this factor a lot. At hubpages I found a article getting below 75 points to become nofollow outgoing provider and than again overnight it becomes hitting 75 points bracket to make it dofollow link provider.
   
   All I want to say is that to gain some respect in search engine if Hubpages make it even more difficult to gain 75 points will be good but keep on fluctuating it's out going link status(nofollow to dofollow and reversals thereafter) is like playing with it's SERP and other algorithmic systems.
   
   Viewpoints of hubpage users and others are welcome on this topic, but be polite in putting forward your point. Thanks!

      You may have your facts wrong here.. it is not when you hub scores fall below 75 it becomes no follow it is when your profile score or author score falls below 75 that the problem arises. This should not be an issue at all, because it is very easy to keeps your Author scores floating around the 90 mark easily with a few good hubs and a little interaction with the community.
      Your hubs can become no follow when the scores fall below 40 ( if I am not mistaken)  I hope this clarifies the issue.

         If your author score falls below 75 ALL links on your account become nofollow.
         
         If a hub's score falls below 40, all outgoing links on that particular hub become dofollow.
         
         It's quite easy to keep your personal score in the 90s with a handful of hubs and some time on the site. It's also easy to keep a hub score above 40 - in fact I've seen few that are lower than 50 after a week. Only very low quality content (spun or duplicated or against ToS) will give you such low scores.
         
         The rules are there to stop spammers using the site for backlinks.

            So you mean if a hub(article) gains below 40 points it becomes nofollow otherwise dofollow and with condition author profile points should always float above 75 by your regular efforts on the site.
            
            If this is this easy than a profile( http://hubpages.com/profile/N.E.+Wright ) that I just checked a while ago is showing just 10 points. I can't get even after doing that much of activities why her profile score is so low. It will be even more better if the scoring system becomes even more clearer like squidoo where one knows for sure how he can gain how this much points to gain a new level etc. anyway my thanks for making things even more clearer for me.

               It takes a lot to get to a author score of ten, you need to have duplicate substandard content or no hubs at all... indiscriminate following is one of the mentioned hubbers vices. ( I haven't read her hubs so I will not comment on them) But you are  indeed taking an rare and abnormal example to illustrate your point.
               I just saw a thread where a hubber or 12 days has a score of 92 ..what do you say?

                  Thanks for replying! Actually I myself got some 80 plus points in few days with just one hub. But I can't relate it with my hub since it has it's own individual scoring system. I don't think it is impossible to gain those many points here but still like in my case hubpage got my profile score to 74 for few days and thereafter it raised the same to 75-76 on it's own. Don't know how. It don't make me feel good that my hub and mine score fell below 80 after getting that high with no negative act against it actually. Regarding that 10 pt. profile I have just got it for it is in my contact list and I wasn't aware that any substandard or duplicate content article can stay live here until now. So I think it is better to put low quality article offline than putting a profile below 75 without any notification is no good in my eyes if one takes serious concern of author interest. (My no bad thoughts about Hubpages here, but I find things always debatable to make them even more finer).
