   Are steroid supplements safe to be used before workout? I have heard they cause some serious health issue, is it true? just wanted to know because my brother is using them..

      I am jannet,from what I can read. It has been sad news and scam to everyone about spell casters or so. But to me they are so real cause one worked for me not quite two weeks. I traveled down to where his shrine his and we both did the ritual and sacrifice. and now me and my ex are living very ok now.I don't know about you but spell is real;love marriage,finance job promotion lottery spells,it's all he does. I used my money to purchase everything he used he never collected a dime from. He told me I can repay him anytime with anything from my heart. Now I don't know how to do that.    he doesnt need steroids that will give him bad achne,crazy temper, kill his liver and monay other things he doesnt want.
   he just needs to eat right,train hard, take supplemts and he'll be fine

         Stick with the basics like a good quality protein powder for shakes, amino acid caps, vit/mineral complex, etc. There are tons of natural body building sites that have great info, products, etc.

   It will also mess with his libido, shrink his testicles, and cause excessive rages, in addition to several other things.
   
   I echo completely what optimus wrote, who has a lot of experience in sports, body building, etc.
   
   He's playing with fire. He may think that he's only going to "juice" for a while, but then he'll develop a psychological addiction to the gains he sees. Trouble is, as he ages, it all goes to hell.

   Steroids are not at all good for health.Its similar to some minor drugs .So,to avoid steroid as much as you can.
