My article was blocked even before posting it. It says I man promoting something to sell. But I an doing anything of a such.
How to resolve this please?
It will get reviewed shortly by a moderator and get published. Unfortunately, the topic area of "belly fat" has been plagued by spammers, so our moderation team wants to make sure it's not that sort of spam. Since your Hub is not and is high-quality, it should be published soon.
Jason - can you clear something up before i flag! I thought any amazon ads had to be relevant to the article - while I think the article is excellent, it is selling watches and Kindles - is that acceptable?
Sorry to bring this up in an open forum but I felt it was better doing this than flagging for moderation after it had already been moderated!
This is a good question. One I've had too, so hoping you get a clarifying response
Good question. The Amazon items should be relevant to the topic of the Hub (they'll also perform much better if they are). Amazon (or eBay) items that are not relevant to the Hub topic do run the risk of being moderated.
Thank you Jason Menayan,
I always thought that amazon add should not be relevant to the topic!
Are sport swatches relevant to belly fat or not ?
Hi SimeyC, the reason why I put those swatches and kindles, because I didn't find anything relevant to my article.
I am anti-supplementation, so i cannot put vitamins or proteins.
I cannot put alcohol adds.
I don't believe in any modern diet, so I cannot put their books.
I think that anything sold as a relevant aid to sports in either a scam, or a phony theory.
There are a couple of books you might want to add:
Beer: Health and Nutrition
Alcohol (Health and Medical Issues Today)
Alcohol and Human Health (Introducing Health Sciences: a Case Study Approach)
These are good suggestions, and clearly relevant to the Hub's topic.
You can also leave out Amazon ads - they're not always appropriate for a Hub.
Thank for your replay :-)
I am sorry, I didn't know that amazon adds on my hub are illegal.
Should I remove them?
maybe exercise equipment or clothing? Running shoes maybe?
This is another good idea - there are some of us who will never give up our hops - so you could include a section explaining what you can do to combat the effects of Hops and then include exersize equipment etc.!
I never write to include adds believe me, I am on a crusade against scams in health field. Writing a topic just to ad adds is not my cup of tea.
I will write a lot of article that debunk those exercise equipments. But I have to learn how moderation works here, I don't want to offend anybody.
Thank you SimeyC for your suggestions :-)
For the "belly fat" one (currently unpublished), then yes.
They didn't accept running swatches how can they accept running shoes.
Or clothing?

Are Amazon and E-Bay Ads no longer permissible on the new Niche Sites, I have not seen any and I keep on hearing that Ads have been snipped from Hubs before articles were moved. If so, is the pay structure identical to that on the Mother Site?

I see a lot of people are concerned that Amazon capsules are blocked by ad blockers. I don’t notice that. I have tested with the following web browsers where other ads are hidden as expected, but my Amazon capsules display complete with my description text and the 'Buy Now' button.• Safari with...

My best hub just got unfeatured after editing a few words (updating some info). It's been featured for 2 years, it's getting quality traffic and it's what people are looking for. I edited it again in the hope that it will get featured again but same issue. I don't understand what's happening to...

Authoring Hubs is about sharing and spreading ideas. Most of what we do is word-based, and a capsule to show off related Zazzle stuff would be an eye-catching way to allow readers interested in those ideas to buy products which celebrate them, such as relevant designs, graphics, statements,...

I've started writing more articles here after not being so active for a year or so. One of the reasons I was discouraged from putting time into HubPages was the removal of Amazon capsules. This had a hugely detrimental effect on my earnings, which plummeted around 80% since they were systematically...
