With every thing is ok (onpage and off page optimization).

Do you think hubpages hub outrank blogspot post?

First of all, Hubpages is not a blog site.  We like to consider ourselves as writers of interesting and informative stories, rather than just a series of passing thoughts.

Anything that lots of viewers find interesting reading has a good shot at ranking highly, whether it's a good story or a rant about something that happened.

Blogger is also based on subdomains like HubPages. Although blogger is designed for blogging you can adapt it to create a site based around a particular niche and post articles there.

However Blogger pays 100% of AdSense/Amazon earnings rather than 60% here.  Although I have experimented with blogger sites, earnings and CTR are generally lower than here (per article or hub.

Try both and see which works best for you!

Good points but when it comes to CTR hubpages also not good since the introduction of hubpages Ad program. What about your case?

Blogger is a lot more work for every dollar you earn, in my experience.
