I posted a long, lengthy message about fat loss, and getting fit, based on principles I've learned, taken in, and used in my own fitness. I HAD two other articles on firehow and bukisa but I recently took them off due to hubpages claim to duplicates. I believed those articles were what caused this, even though I went through, rewrote the whole article and tried to vary it as much as I could.
How is it possible for me to be unique, in a subject so common as weight loss and fitness, when most of what I state is facts?
Help? I don't want to lose my account on here but I DO want to share information and help others.
Weight loss is subject that is always under a storm... but did you check if Google has completely de-indexed your articles on other sites.. cached articles would cause the duplicate label to stay..After having them de-indexed.. write to team@hubpage and explain it to them.
I don't know how to check to see if they are indexed or not. The articles on the other sites were just posted this week, as I got kind of excited in the article craze, before trying to find a GOOD quality, high traffic site. So I took them off, now it's just a waiting process. How do I deindex them?
Also while on the subject, there is no way, without getting my account here, or there, banned, to post my articles across multiple host sites, like hubpages, associatedcontent, etc, correct?
You will get flagged for copied/duplicate content, and that could get you banned, yes.
Yes, I'm in progress of taking down all other articles so when I post them here they do not get flagged. Thank you.

I am starting to get some decent traffic here, so I am moving some of my articles from another site over to HP. The problem I am having is that my other articles are indexed by the search engines, and even though I have deleted the content from the other site, it is still showing as "duplicate...

Here is a question for experts. I am curious how a hub is tracked over time?In specific, suppose I create a new hub or article and it is featured after published on HubPages. After a few days, when the google bot finds it and index it, it appears on google search with some page ranking. After a...

I am not going to drag up the recent massive plagiarism activity again, but - as you know Maddie - I have found that quite a lot of my hubs have been de-indexed and my traffic here is dropping despite publishing new work and despite actively promoting myself outside of hubpages. I realize that it...

My hub about landscaping4home is still not indexed by any of the search engines. Usually I get at least indexed at one of the three. It's been over a week now. My other Hubs got indexed really fast (within two days).Do I miss something here? I don't know if I did something wrong.I did put two...

I did a little experiment with opting into the EC program for three months. To begin with, last year one of my better performing hubs become Editor's Choice. That hub was getting an average of 20o+ views per day, peak. The day after being selected as EC, the views dropped to zero. I watched it for a...

I've always used Hubpages as a place to put orphan viral content; usually time-sensitive trending topics that might get a lot of views in a week, then die off. I published a hub like this over 48 hours ago, but it still hasn't been indexed, despite me pinging and tweeting it. Just wondering how...
