Should I delete hubs?

   I did some poor writing or just not that great, because some of my hubs aren't getting any traffic. I was thinking of deleting some of them. what do you think?

      If you can see the writing was poor, why not try to improve them, if the subject warrants this?  One they are gone, they are so for good!  But it is up to you.  Not all the world's prose should be set in stone!  But sometimes if you read a piece too often, it becomes banal in your eyes.  They are your babies, so treat them accordingly...Diogenes

      If you're still asking, then maybe you shouldn't. Otherwise you would just delete it and not ask. As Xena would say to Gabrielle." don't be sorry.. Improve"

      Yeah.. I agree you can always improve your hubs, actually poor traffic may be attributed to poor key word selection, or poor back linking.. ..let me assure you that it takes time to get traffic.. your hubs needs to age a bit,...
      I have seen my poorly performing hubs suddenly pick up traffic after a year..
      Deleting hubs is not a great idea.. work on them until you are satisfied and make sure that your get in those key words that get you the traffic.

            Your author score is suspiciously low, less than 75 means your outbound links are no-follow. Some kind of change seems to be in order, so try to focus on what brought your score to be that low. If the hubs are the problem, fix them or replace them with better content.

   If the hubs are about subjects, which are unpopular, or only of a minority interest, then they are unlikely to receive a lot of traffic.  I once wrote a hub about a local 17th century mansion, for which I had to do a lot of research.  I then visited the mansion and took many photos, which took ages to upload.  However, it never did receive any comments, so after some time I deleted it.  The fact that it was a local house might have meant it would have only have been of interest to local people.  So, now I try to write about subjects which have a broader appeal.

   I had an ehow article that didn't earn a cent for a year then all of a sudden that article out preformed all my articles put together so don't delete your article some times just tweaking the title makes all the difference.  Changing a few keywords not nothing big.  Set back for a month see what happens if still no good try some other tweaks!

      Do not delete your hubs! I have one article at another site that made over $100 over a couple of years. That article is still making money!
      
      Do edit your older hubs and publicize them again.  Good writers expect to find  weaknesses in their older writing. It is normal to go through those and improve them.

         I would not delete your Hubs.  If it were me, I'd try and edit the Hub, refresh it, add more tags, write a better summary, do whatever needs to be done.  Also, resend it (if you haven't already) to FaceBook and Twitter.  Twitter gets me some traffic, so does FB.

   Thanks, I actually did delete most of my hubs that didn't have much value. Now my score is much higher then before.
