I have over the past few month noticed a strange trend among people who I consider to hold extreme religious views.
I have a hub about "Why God Doesn't Exist" Usually they just quote made up lines their preacher has blasted at them but sometimes they will for a message or two praise my work and tend to agree with just a few mild observations which I tend to entertain as suggestions until they continue further and at the point I or someone else outright disagrees with them they suddenly turn very aggressive and quote scripture and tell us we are all going to burn in hell!
Has anybody else observed this or noticed it?
It has been going on for a long time and it is not isolated to HP. People have a tendency to get extreme on a bunch of topics and they can get very aggressive and negative too. I think sitting behind the comfort of a keyboard brings out the worst in people sometimes.
I try to take the negativity with a grain of salt and not stoop to their level.
Dont blame some of us who seems to look or sound extrem to you. It is because we know our God, and we are bostful of Him. He is God indeed, and He is so sweet.... He give us life, peace, hope, joy, wonderful promises, when we have problems we are sure of victory becuase He promised it and He is not a man that He should lie, He can do all things, He is unlimited in power and in strength. To crown it all He promised us life after death. unlike some of you who does not know and not ready to know, I am soryy for you. small advise humble before your maker yourself and taste and see that the Lord is good.
How Sad! Why would someone real (as in worthy of credibility) need to create a sock puppet account specifically to answer the OP and to prove to the world how worthless a post from a sock puppet is, when it can't even spell the words 'Sorry Advice' - Unbelievable!!
C'mon man. You write a hub on a controversial subject, taking a position that many don't agree with, and you don't expect some negative reaction? Lol. And you delete comments you don't like. It's rather obvious you are looking for affirmation and not intelligent discussion on the subject.
That is not the case: I'm not sure you understand. Its not the negative comments that bother me, its a tactic I've seen where individuals will begin to agree with you and encourage discussion then suddenly turn after 5 or 6 messages telling me and / or others that we are the devil or something similar and are going to burn for eternity for our sins when they don't manage to turn the conversation in their favour or convert people.
You get me?

I have seen many times people associating the word Extrimist to names of certain religion. In my opinion the word extrimist and name of religion can not go together as religion is there to bring peace to society. I don't think any religion tells you to do bad things, so why do people...

How do you define the meaning of a self-puritan belief system? How does it play affect in an individual and/or individuals life? Is this a cult? Another product of the unending 'extremism' that takes part in our world - your thoughts?
