Does Bubblews keep earning after you stop posting?

   I've just started using Bubblews, but I'm wondering if it's worth it in the long run. I usually write around 300-400 words summarizing one of my hubs, with a link at the end.
   
   Given the amount of spam on the site, it's unlikely that google will ever rate bubblews articles in search results. So after the initial views and likes, surely the traffic for individual bubbles will dry up quickly.
   
   Is this what other people have found? Do older bubbles get any traffic at all?

      As long as you continue getting organic traffic, you earnings will keep increasing. You just can't rely on internal traffic as it dies down pretty much instantly.

         Agreed, which makes me wonder if there will ever be any organic traffic. With the amount of stuff appearing on that site, it's probably about to get a significant "google-whack" if it hasn't already.

            I second that. But Google loves that site for now. The only reason for concern is the increasing number of low quality posts and spam day by day which makes me wonder that how long this site is going to last.

      I have concerns about the site, because from what I understand, members are being paid for internal views right now.   The site probably isn't earning anything from internal views, so that means they're burning through money without an income - which doesn't bode well for its future.

         It is strange isn't it. Perhaps they think internal views will help boost their ratings on google in the long run. The site will probably die, but if it keeps paying for the moment, I suppose there is no issue. I might make my posts a bit shorter though!

      I've not used the site, but to me it looks like the complete antithesis of the kind of website Google wants to rank well.

      Yes, you can get residual income through Bubblews, contrary to gossip. I myself and others I've interacted with on the site receive residual income. A few of my posts are high in the SERPs so continue to bring in outside traffic: Also, I get on-going traffic internally for some posts, which I haven't totally figured out why yet, except I think it has to do with tagging, or they got on front page and I didn't notice.

      Do they have forums? I just joined that site (as I said).
      
      So sorry to have confused you. There are many hubs, questions, and forum threads discussing bubblews here on hubpages. It seemed like an acceptable place to ask.

   I wrote a hub comparing Hubpages to Bubblews last week.  They are different beasts and, for the main,bubblews is for a quick fix/income and/or if you've little to say on a subject.  Hubpages is more of a long-term passive income stream that has more potential to grow an income over time with better researched and longer pieces of writing, and/or if you're trying to build a brand for your writing or for a business (which is another hub I wrote covering using hubpages to easily build targetted traffic for small businesses)
   
   If you can manage your time sufficient to balance effort on both sites, there's something to be gained from both.  If you're short on time, or have a short attention span, then bubblews is a route to pursue, but once you stop running in that treadmill it's over.  At least if you stop plodding on the Hubpages' treadmill you can still see some returns for years to come.

      There name says it all to me.  It's a bubble that will eventually burst.  The payout is huge, so I'm trying to get to mine before it pops, but I wouldn't put any work of significant value on there.  As far as standards go.  I believe Facebook has no quality control standards either and they are the number 1 site so if Bubblews somehow generates a billion users with this madness I'm pretty sure Google will let them slide,.

   You can manage to get some residual income, as NateB11 says.  I only post if I find something interesting and don't have much to say about it, but I've gotten about 50 cents without even visiting the site for several weeks.  It's not much, but then again I don't have much posted on there anyway.
   
   However, it is against their policy to have any links where you are getting monetary gain from the link, so they might not let you pay out for having links to your hubs.  They are known for not paying out to anyone who disregards their policy, and unfortunately that is part of their policy, so it's not a good site to backlink on.

      You can link your hubs, just not promotional hubs full of amazon products.
      
      Informational hubs are okay because I got paid while I have informational hubs linked on there.
      
      I usually don't post much on discussions, because it really drops my productivity and sap my energy looking at negative posts.
      
      All I am going to say is:
      
      Stop worrying about little things and just try them out for yourself.
      
      Worrying and asking for opinions is not productivity.
      
      No action= nothing is happening.
      
      Action=feedback and possible good results you are looking for.
      
      Then you proceed from the feedback you get.
