After seeing the low lights of the 4-3 loss to the Rockies. Errors, base running mistakes, and poor situational hitting, do you think the Giants can find a way to make up 3 1/2 games to win the wildcard?
They still have a shot!
You know the Giants - they do great all season and then tank in September. I've watched this pattern for years.
The giants will not win the wild card because the colorado rockies are very talented and have a better baseball team then the giants if the giants win great ill be happy but for right now with the season coming down to the wire i predict that the colorado rockies will take the wild card and send the giants packing home
The G-men had a great run this season but will fall a little short of making the playoffs. It is obvious they are going to have to add a couple of long ball hitters via a trade or free agency to be a contender in 2010. They deffinately have the piching and that should only get better.

The Giants and 49ers were both underdogs this past weekend, and both came away with a win. Now they'll play each other for the right to advance to the Super Bowl. Who do you think will win this matchup?

Were the Colorado Rockies crazy to sign Troy Tulowitzki to a 10-year extension? In his brief career, he has already suffered two major injuries. His home/road splits are unimpressive and he typically starts the season off slow. The bulk of the money is at the end of the contract when he will be...

Why have the successful Giants had an 0 -3 season so far tis year?Maybe Coughlin lived out his successful years or Eli does not have good back up players. This team won the Super Bowl in the recent past. Opinions may point out the flaws in this great franchise.

Two months ago I wouldn't have believed it but the Brewers are absolutely in wildcard contention. I admit, I'm one of those fairweather fans who gets more interested when they're winning, but I love going to games. I just hope they don't break my heart.
