I'm having a problem with one of my hubs that is making no sense to me at all and I'd appreciate if someone could go over and have a look at it to see if they see what I see. This is the hub: http://hubpages.com/hub/Cheap-Northern-LIghts-Holidays

Basically all of my amazon capsules are showing no results found - even though I just checked some of the products and they are still available. Tried re-pasting the url in and it still comes back no results found. Also some of the other capsules have gone all screwy and won't stay where I put them.

Don't know if it could be because I am on my daughters computer and so I'm using google chrome instead of IE?

    Any help much appreciated!

The Amazon capsules are loading with products that seem relevant. I can checl later, but Amazon is working on your hub now.

Oh thanks for letting me know that Keith - you're right it's back to normal smile Must have been a glitch in the system.

    No Amazon results found

    Yep.

Try clicking into the Amazon image and taking that URL instead. Sometimes it seems to help.

I can't see anything from Amazon other than the 'no results found' message. I checked with IE and FF - both the same. As an overall hub, everything looked in place though - no messy capsule placement.

Thanks very much for your input froggy and Audrevea smile And for checking in different browsers - much appreciated!

I think the capsule thing is a browser issue with things just looking different in google chrome.

I just can't understand the amazon thing though. I will try what you suggest Audrevea.

Is it possible I have put too many amazon products on the page? There's no flag on the hub though.....

Hmmm, I am a bit stumped, lol!

Susana - I was editing a hub i'm doing, an Amazon one. I've just noticed that whilst all the products are listed and visible, the prices are missing - yet when I click the link, it takes you to the correct product.

Maybe it's an Amazon glitch? Either way, I'm not going to publish it just yet. I'll wait a day or two and see if it clears up. It's weird smile

Hmmm, I was thinking that too that it may be a problem with amazon. I will check the hub again later and see what's happening with it. If it's not resolved itself then I may drop them an email.

I just checked the amazon associates message boards and there's nothing on there about a glitch yet.

    We'll see!

I've been reading a few hubs this morning, and have seen "no amazon results found" in a few places... thinking its a glitch as others have said.

Congrats on the hub score, btw! 100!? Wow!

well i noticed it affected a few of my hubs too. i think amazon's having a bit of trouble with their site today as it's been pretty slow and the page loads are extremely wonky.

I just checked just now, and most of my Amazon hubs are fine, but one or two have lost all their ads!
Hoping it's a glitch, not that I ever sell anything anyway!

Have lost all my amazon capsule content on 4 hubs now...
How long do you think I should wait before deciding its not a glitch on their site and choosing new products to replace the missing ones?

Mine too - they came back and went again! I don't think it's a problem with the products - if you choose new ones the same may happen and then you will have done all that work for nothing. It's gotta be a HP glitch or an amazon glitch. If it's not sorted by the morning I will get on the case, but right now I'm too exhausted. Might be worth emailing HP if you feel like it?

If Amazon is having problems with their product feed, it can result in no products being found on this end no matter what you try.  And if it is an Amazon glitch, HubPages can't do anything about it.

Thanks relache - it does look more like an amazon problem. Do they normally sort out these kinds of issues quickly - I haven't had this happen before?

Some if not all are back now. Thanks for all the advice. Must have been a glitch somewhere!

For some reason I've had problems when using Google Chrome as well.  Dropped it and no problems since.  No idea why.

Well some of my hubs have lost all the Amazon products. I've three unpublished - two are now blank, one is fine (for e.g.). it's also a pain in the ass, going back and redoing them neutral

MIne too!! Maybe they're doing maintenance or something & have temporarily suspended affiliate ads

Same here - I've emailed HP but they won't be up yet, so i won't expect a reply until this evening or tomorrow. I'm going to leave my hubs as they are for now - I can't be doing with changing all the products only to find that they then cannot be found.

It's certainly weird! Some of my hubs have no amazon showing at all, yet on other hubs some capsules that are working ok and others that aren't. I'll go back and check the amazon associate message baords again.
