Good morning all!
I am new to HubPages and am trying to get Adsense set up. I have received the email stating the following:
"In order to use AdSense through www .hubpages.com, you'll need to grant www. hubpages.com access to the ad code and reports in your
AdSense account."
I haven't received an email containing my affiliate code or anything of the like from Google and when I try to link my existing Adsense to HubPages, all I get is the "WORKING" icon that becomes unresponsive. When I click on the link in the latest email from Google, it says I have already granted permission to HubPages to access my Adsense account. How do I retrieve my affiliate code from Adsense? I have e-mailed HubPages several days ago but have yet to receive a response and am excited to get started. Also, I am having problems with EBay's codes...when I enter the unique identifier number in the affiliate codes section, I get an error message saying that the code must start with numbers instead of letters like the one that EBay has given to me.
PLEASE HELP! Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
You can only have one AdSense account, but it sounds like you aren't that clear if you've signed up for AdSense or not. If you have, whatever affiliate code you are already in possession of is what you enter into the affiliate settings section on this end.
Then, in your AdSense account settings, you have to make sure that access to AdSense is granted.
That's it...
Right - and if you already have an AdSense account, you can find your code in the upper right hand corner (once you've logged in.)
About eBay - do you already have an EPN account? That's pretty slick if you've got one -'cause I hear it's hard to get accepted.'
Thanks everyone for your help! I have worked everything out with my AdSense account and am now just working out the kinks with eBay. I am in the process of confirming my domain through ePN, but for some reason, ePN is saying that my email hasn't been confirmed yet so I sent them an email questioning this and am awaiting a response. If you have any advice or suggestions to pass along to a newbie, I will take it! Thanks again for your help! Have a great day!
Are you sure you've been accepted into eBay and that you didn't just get an acknowledgment? eBay only accepts people who have their own websites - you can use an existing eBay account with HubPages but you can't apply through HubPages.

People have been asking this, so I looked at my account. In the week that my application was approved, I have been earning a few cents. I looked under earnings, and it shows that money earned from HubPages is 54 cents. So, I thought, am I getting anything from AdSense? Yes, I am. I went to the...

On browsing the forum, I have become aware that we can't earn on HubPages without AdSense. This is a grim realization for me.I have 29 featured hubs that are generally considered to be of reasonable quality. I applied for an AdSense account over a year ago, and since then I've had nothing. When I...

Yesterday, when I went to check my adsense account, the google site kept telling me to sign up for a new account--didn't recognize that I already had one. There is no place to sign in either. And google adsense help wasn't helpful either. Same thing happened whether I tried to access...

I am just learning all about everything on the internet, and I signed up for a Google AdSense account so that I could get paid for my articles. Well, I don't know what the heck I did, but they deleted my account and have now denied me access to another one? I have tried and tried to get...

I'm sure somewhere someone has already asked this, but....What happens if you don't have an Adsense account? Can you still earn from Hubpages through their ad program?I'm only asking, because the other day I was thinking, what if I lost my Adsense account... Not that I think I will, I stay within...
