I have recently decided to try the hubpages ad program because of some issues related to impression sharing also i have hard that it earns more.
The problem is that I live in Pakistan and Paypal discriminates us very unjustly from using its services so I can't make a Papal account and if I try to make it their is danger of account being limited and frozen.
One of my friends lives in US so can I use his Paypal account and link it to my Hubpages account? ( he will sign into my account and link it, and then transfer money into my credit card) I think it would be legal that way, is the Hubpages fine with this ?

I would not advise using any Paypal account other than your own.

Okay ....... but I have no option other then this if I am to use Hp ad program, either I do this or create an illegal Paypal account.

The reason Paypal is not allowed in Pakistan is that the State Bank of Pakistan will not allow it.  Paypal has tried many times to work with the State Bank, but its efforts have been fruitless.  The only way to turn the situation around is if enough citizens in Pakistan make it an issue with the State Bank. Aren't there groups and forums for Internet marketers and webmasters in Pakistan which could lobby for this?

Using another person's Paypal account is money-laundering and comes with serious penalties in most countries. In fact, the practice of using another person's account has encouraged many countries to allow their banking systems to accept Paypal deposits because then they can keep track of income for tax purposes.

You assert that the account is yours when you add it.

Or you realize you cannot meet the requirements here and go and try something else.  it is unfair to users on there countries, but that is the reality of the situation.

In addition to that problem (which could cause your friend some problems if PayPal views that as misuse of his account), your friend might have problems with income tax.  The money going into his account would be treated as his income.

Thanks for pointing out, I was not considering this actually. I should also discuss this with my friend.
but Anyways I think it wont be illegal to use it that way like I mentioned in the question?

Furthermore, since you have now publicly mentioned these possibilities, you have now alerted Hub Pages staff, and you will probably be under watch for this.

they should consider other ways to pay in third world countries, many countries like Egypt and Syria cannot use Paypal and it makes us pull our hair when we see everyone to be paying out through Paypal.

I feel very sorry for anyone in a third world country who cannot access paypal, alikhan3. It must be very frustrating to see a way to make some money but not be able to do it.

Obviously you don't want to get in trouble for doing anything illegal. I do hope you find a successful solution to the problem.

Recently some firms have started to offer their service in third world such as Payoneer, but they charge higher then Paypal.
But the world wide web seems to love Paypal so much that we will continue to suffer.

Please support my appeal to Hubpages to start issuing payments in digital currency - which you can use anywhere in the world. If they did that then people would no longer have problems with paypal not being available in their country.

Post a message on this forum in support of digital currency payments - http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/119799

Ah Good heavens at last someone is doing this, we need to raise our voice against Paypal dominance ....... but what alternatives are you recommending them?
      Payoneer possibaly ?

Bitcoin will also be a better alternative than Payoneer. Payoneer is still good anyway.
All we want is to make hubpages introduce another means of payment aside Paypal.
