I have an account with hubpages and was wondering wether my brother could have his own account aswell or would that be againts the rules.

Came back - edit - if he's younger than you, then no. You have to be 18 years and above. I'm afraid you're not old enough. Sorry but that's one of the rules

you need to read through the AdSense TOS
to be sure. If you and your brother live in the same house and will be sharing an ip adress, I don't think google will allow a second adsense acct. I could be wrong which is why you should read their TOS - 71
