Hope somebody can help with this technical problem

I started my application for Google Adsense several weeks ago, but I was never able to continue the application,  because I think I put an incorrect url as my Hubpages url, and the application process got an error while processing, it would keep on saying that the url I was giving them, was not valid, and it was true, i was giving an incorrect url, I did not know at that time that it was incorrect (ahappierlife.hubpages.com/ahappierlife)
I asked the team at that at that time and I was told to wait and see

Now, because that enrollment was not completed, this is the error msg I still get when i click on CONFIGURE Google AdSense in my account

"You may not apply for Google AdSense through HubPages because of the following issue:
It appears that you have associated a Google AdSense Account with HubPages with the publisher id ca-pub-+++++++++1893 but that the association process is not yet complete. You should have received instructions for completing the process by email from Google"

then when I click on the Google AdSense report link, it says the application is still pending and it takes me to this page below
"The account you tried to sign in to is associated with an incomplete AdSense application. In order for us to review your application, you must complete all required steps and accept the AdSense Terms & Conditions. If you don't accept the Terms & Conditions, your application won't be submitted for review"

I did receive an email from Google, asking me to complete the application, but if I complete it, it will have a totally incorrect url,a url that does not exist, and it will not work anyhow

Bottom line, the application is stuck, I want to be able to cancel this previous  application with Google Adsense, which contained an incorrect url (ahappierlife.hubpages.com/ahappierlife)
and start all over, under my correct present url
    How do i do that??

Can someone give me some advises on how to resolve this problem, please?
    Thank you so much

Submit as Is and get rejected (with that little content you would anyway), apply again when you've made use of the Extreme Hub Makeover forum, write at least 7 more hubs then apply again.

If there is still an associating problem in the affilates section email HP.

      Hi ahappierlife,
Nah, I love your username smile...
Anyway,Just for info, I send my application 3 times before I was accepted in google adsense. If my memory  serves me right, there is a link provided at the end of the page  if you want to send your  adsense application again and edit the previous steps you signed. But if you have the difficulty on editing it, since you are still new on hubpages, you might consider on openning other hubpages account and use that account to apply for adsense again. If you do this, you must have another gmail for that application different from the previous one, and like what wrylit said, write at least 7 hubs for the high possibility of adsense acceptance . Hope that helps, Good luck smile

        Hello Aisha91
Thank you for your kind reply
U read my mind, :-) that is exactly what I was trying to accomplish, find a link or a way to edit the previous step on this application, but I cannot find any link back, the only links appearing at end of application page (below the SUBMIT button) is the AdSense Policy page, then the Forum and so on, no BACK button
So I guess I have either to risk to finish this application and then , as WryLilt  suggests, be denied and then write more and then apply again LOL
Or  wait.  Ur other point sounds interesting, I thought about it, opening another account under a different Gmail acct.
My question is: Do you think i could transfer my 3 hubs' content to the new account, (under a different name than ahappierlife) and once I do that,  I then delete the present acct, and then I can start with a new fresh application?
Or is that against the rules?   One thing that would happen this way though  I know it would confuse the Google SE, for at least another 3 weeks, both acct pages (and names) would come up in the search engines, i know this because i did same thing with an older own website :-)  Unless i also change the titles of my hubs,
Please, any feed back from you would be awesome

Oh your profile is impressing, I like that despite the fact that you have a scientific background, you also are talented in poetry and arts, you poem is fantastic, I voted it awesome
        Thank you

I have my Adsense account linked to five Hubpages accounts. Applying for more than one Adsense account is against TOS and WILL get you banned for life.

I would also suggest opening a blogger account. (Its free.)  Start posting high quality content there on the daily; perhaps you have a niche?  Try to do this for a couple of weeks.  Blogger is apart of Google, so this may help speed up the approval process.  I know that when I started here, I was blogging on blogger at the same time and was approved immediately.

      Thank you Jenubouka
Your idea makes a lot of sense, and is a great idea
The problem with me is that I do not have time to write a post every day, and that is why I like the HP, there is no pressure here, when I find time, then I write one more hub
With a blogger acct you have to be committed on writing on a daily basis, correct?
      Thank you for your help
      I love your recipes!!! :-)

Thanks aHappierLIfe!  Well you don't have to write or post on the blogger on an every day basis; although, the more you can post the better.  Just make every post count.  NO duplicate info, NO spam, I wouldn't even use any affiliate links if you do that kind of thing.  Here is the basic blog formula:
500 characters, not words, characters, use Ms Word to double check this count.  Utilize Google Insights on your niche or use their categories to write new, fun info.   Provide at least 5 outbound links, up to 10 that have a page rank of at least 4.  Seoquake is a good tool to research ranks... and if you don't have any original images to include use the Wiki site and give credit to the photo, there should be an url for each photo there.....

I personally think you should not waste your time creating a new account or name.  It is correct that Google uses your IP address to track your account (s), this is their to track if you click on your ads and other reasons.  I think that those who are not instantly approved need to write a little "proof" that they are not spammers; I think over the last year they have really cracked down...

          Thank you Jenubouka
I appreciate all the info you have provided
Now about my present account here, I am still confused
One thing I do not want to do is to delete my hubs and remove my content, because they are important articles for me
so the bottom line question is this:
Can people REAPPLY after a certain amount of time, if they will not get approved the first time?
Or is this one time chance or nothing?
I agree with you, I do not want to waste time in creating another account in a different niche, this is what I love writing about
If I get disapproved and I can still reapply a second time, after few months, under same account, that is best option for me???
          Thank you!!

Yes, you can reapply. Some people have to do it several times, especially India/Asia where they generally have to wait six months.

Thank you so much, I guess this information will clarify everything then, if I had asked this question earlier, we all, could have saved so much time needed in replying to my first post!! LOL
I guess i ll go with this option then, but I will still wait until i have written more hubs
I do not know how to thank you all, you are so wonderful and knowledgeable, I really appreciate your help,

If you apply again from the same IP it will be denied. You can have one account, and they track it to IP

      Hi
so you are saying that if I start another different account under a different Gmail acct and different profile name, it will be denied if-- I leave same content?
Or you are saying it will be denied even if I totally start another account and another different hub with different content?
What aisha91 was saying is not correct then?
Thanks a lot for your feed back

WryLiltposted 11 years agoin reply to this

Exactly. What's the difference between the exact same content on a new account? Oh that's right, it's newer so they're LESS likely to approve you. And it's against TOS to have more than one Adsense ac.

Nay ahhappierlife sorry for the delay, thanks for your compliment above smile
Upon reading through the comments, I realized that wrylit has a point, if you indeed open a new account and apply for adsense with that still pending account, the effort would just be useless. Sorry for that, I didn't think of it. So by assessing you situation again, i thought if you would just click the submit button of your pending application with an incorrect url, you will be disapproved for sure, and that is a good thing. Because If you are disapproved you can apply for adsense again under a new account, and correct the mistake you did. By doing that, there is no need to worry that you might violate a certain adsense TOS. I am sorry I cannot think of another way except that. There might be a better idea from other hubbers. Getting your account disapproved intentionally is not a good idea but is there really other way out?  Base from experience if google saw that your account did not reach the adsense standard they would send a disapproval notice within 2 weeks. So if you make a new hubpages account now and write atleast 7-10 hubs in a certain niche and link them together, wait for 2 weeks for the disapproval notice, and drive traffic to your new hubpages account at least 200 per day before signing to adsense again, there is a high possibility that you would get accepted, considering that you seem a better writer than me. Agh smile I am not kidding, your location too has a great advantage.
As for your content in your hubpages account now, in my own opinion you might want to let it there, since if you got accepted to adsense you can still benefit from them without risking the traffic and popularity that your hubs getting now. Beside running more thanone hubpages account is really a challenge smile

              Hello Aisha91
Oh thank  you so much for the detailed reply
All you write makes so much sense!!!!
As I also wrote in my previous post above, I think best option for me, is actually to reapply, after i get disapproved,
Because creating a different account and content requires time and lots of imagination, which at present I do not have, unfortunately!!!!
I think I stick to this account for now,
But before i finish the application I will wait until I have written more hubs, it all makes sense!
Well, again Aisha91, I thank you so much for the time it has taken you to write your reply to me, I really , really appreciate it, because finally now the answer is clear
You guys are all so cool, and I hope that if anyone else may have the same question, that they will find it in this forum thread, there is so much helpful info here, thank to all of you!! :-)
