nm. i found it in part 9 of T.O.S... where it states ALL third party affiliates ( although i see that e-bay and Amazon are called sub-affiliates) so does that mean google is the main third party affiliate sharing 60.40 and that sub-affiliates used to not be under old TOS that way and are being put under the new TOS and can no longer have a direct association with sub -affiliates except through Hubpages under their terms? ..ok anyway i think this thread is way old now that the new TOS is in place
yeah i found it in part 9.... but part nine is a new TOS , so whats to say the old TOS was written different... but i'll concede the issue....
hey, is there any way to pull up a cache of the old terms of service so I can read myself what it used to say about sharing ALL third party affiliates before the New TOS was posted... i know.. i say i conceded but can't let it go..oh well, thats jusat how I am.
When hubpages STAFF has come down to the level of saving their website, with little shame on their part, I doubt there will be ANY clarification of any kind ...
it's good to stay with honest folks, and trust your money
http://hubpages.com/forum/post/1884491
well, even not clarified, it will benefit people like me who never get boughhten merchandise but drive traffic to Amazon with my selection of old kung fu movies that apparently are cool enough to click on but not to actually buy off the site... So I personally have no problem with it although someone selling a hundred dollars per month might...
After reading it says that ebay and Amazon are affiliates of Hubpages and that I am sub-affiliate of HUBpages, so i finally conced the issue even though i was only involved for 5 hours in the debate.. lol
A website where the STAFF themselves ridicule people who asks good questions, who the ... are you to ask one???
Well, I'm NOT a sock puppet.
I'm not someone who supposedly joined HubPages less than an hour ago and has used that vast expanse of time to bring themselves up to date on everything there is to know about HP politics so that they can criticize.
I wouldn't have any respect for someone who did something like that.
If you have a point to make, make it your usual username so we can all see who it is and respond accordingly.
HubPages is very good at stifling people's voices. If they find who you actually are, then just count your money.

Did you know that Squidoo got a slap in 2007 and it lasted until 2009?There was uproar when a few things had to change, many people deleted lenses, dissapeared, etc. Some others stayed, many recovered by going on backlink sprees. Their loyalty or patience was repaid in 2009 when the site slap was...

Having spent 18months on hp with some success I'm starting to see the logic in diversifying to other sitesWhere do others recommend? I've had a look at squidoo and find the sports content to be far weaker than hubpages. Any other suggestions for where to write sports and health+ fitness content?

Is there some number where large word length starts to hurt articles in search?I'm writing an article and it's quite lengthy already. I'm not running on and on, I just want to cover everything. Is there some number that is just too much and starts to negatively impact SERPs?

Hi,How feasible is it to earn 500$ + monthly from writing on hubpages? Is it possible from ad revenue alone? Or how should one go about mastering amazon links? (I've never had much luck with that aspect)Any tips/suggestions?I enjoy writing and my favorite niches are food, gardening, travel and...
