    don't like hub nuggets. I only realized a year after I was here what they were and then it was too late for me to do anything about it. Apart from that, I'm really not interested in reading through hub pages. I'm here to earn money, not be part of a community.
    
    
    Yes, of course, the community happens organically. It is inevitable that one makes friends, but for me, for it to ge enjoyable, it happens naturally, and that takes time. I don't want to have to be actively involved just so that I can promote my work, etc.
    
    I also think all these competitions shouldn't just be for people who are actively involved. I think they should be for new hubs that generate the most traffic or the greatest number of comments, etc. I think HP should just let a computer program see who it is, and if it's a hub that is disqualified for some reason (spam), then move on to the next higher number.
    
    I, personally, would be a hulluve lot more motivated with those kind of odds than by the fact that I actually have to enter competitions plus introduce myself around.
