NHL 11 will deliver its best game yet with the addition of the all new real time physics engine. What does that mean ? Well no more of seeing the same 5 hits in the game. There are endless amounts of ways to hit a player and see different reactions from the hit due to the physics of each body part. The physics engine also works for things like breaking sticks on shot blocks, slashes, and slap shots. The engine also comes into play with how the puck comes off the different pieces of equipment of the goalie.

There are also more than 200 game-play enhancements that include the all-new face-off system and the revamped hit stick which will finally allow you to pull off proper hip checks. Also the new broken stick feature allows you to skate around without a stick to play defense and either play the puck with your gloves or grab a stick for another teammate on the ice or the bench !

Be A Pro has gotten some upgrades as well. The most noticeable change is having players start out in the CHL memorial cup ! Yes EA SPORTS finally got the CHL rights !! That means you will start at the Memorial cup and get scouted there and then get drafted and continue you career from there. It's more in your control this year to get drafted high because you can be scouted in that Memorial Cup game.

On the Online side of things EA Sports has announced that there will be banner ceremonies for EASHL champions, so you really can build a online dynasty. That is only some of the information that has been released so far. I'll be back with much more info as it comes along. I will update later 2day as i participated an open forum with the EA Canada developers. Thanks
