Stop Smoking Naturally-Easier Said Then Done

Updated on June 12, 2010

Stop Smoking Naturally-What Is It?

When it comes to stop smoking naturally do we really know what it means or does it really matter if we know.

I think as long as we have a basic understanding and know what we are thinking then we are in good shape.

To me when it comes to stop smoking naturally I think that would mean without the use of aids of any sort.

To me it exemplifies powerful will power and maybe glasses of water to drink when the cravings get bad.

I would guess stop smoking naturally fits right in there with quitting cold turkey.  I do give anyone credit who can take this path and end up a non smoker.

Stop Smoking Naturally-Can It Be Done

If we can put a man on the moon then surely there are a few people in the world who can stop smoking naturally.

In all reality there are many that quit in that fashion.  As for numbers I would have to say I am clueless because frankly I was to lazy to go looking for the numbers.

I'm big about talking and not quoting stats.  I want people to communicate with me as a person and not a book or computer.

Well enough of that and time to get back to stop smoking naturally.

So the answer to the question is of course you can stop smoking naturally.  You can do anything you put your mind to if you want it bad enough.

The key is you have to do it for you.  if you try to stop smoking naturally or any way for anyone else it just wont happen.

Stop Smoking Naturally-Will It Be Easy

So you want to know if you stop smoking naturally will it be easy?

The honest to God answer on that is in most cases absolutely not. Of course you will always have an exception to the rule and you will get the rare person who said they walked away from smoking and never looked back.

However, in my experiences whether you quit smoking naturally or with aids it is going to be difficult. Smoking is proven to be one of the hardest habits to kick for anyone.

I will tell you in keeping with the honesty that it will even get harder before it gets easier.

At the end of the day you will be super stoked that you decided to quit and that you stuck to it.

At the end of the day you should know and understand that you succeeded in one of the toughest challenges in the world.

You should also know that if by some chance you aren't successful in quitting you shouldn't beat yourself up. The point is you tried and you will try again.

At the end of the day the goal is to stop smoking naturally.

Stop Smoking Naturally-What To Expect

Of course when you quit smoking naturally or with help you are going to have a number of things happen to you.

I will name a few just so you can get a bit of an understanding as to how powerful cigarettes are.

One of the first things you will notice is the fact that you can once again breath. You will feel the oxygen being sucked into your lungs and it will feel fresher.

Something else you will notice is that food again tastes good. Instead of everything tasting like driftwood it will actually start tasting like it should.

Something that goes with getting your taste back after you stop smoking naturally is weight gain. This is something you really have to be careful of. You and your body will be looking for a replacement for smoking and in so many cases people choose food.

You should be prepared to start getting energy back as well. You will be doing things you haven't attempted in 20 years.

Of course the money you will be saving is a big plus in any one's eyes.  However nice the money is it really shouldn't be your motivation.  I say your number one motivation should be heath.

Of course there are many more things you will experience when you quit smoking with aids or just stop smoking naturally.  I will leave that entire story for a hub of its own.

Stop Smoking Naturally-A Few Final Words

When it comes to you and the time to stop smoking naturally it really is something you have to put some serious thought into.

Too many people just out of no where decide they will stop smoking naturally without realizing how hard it actually is.

Smoking is the toughest habit to break on the face of the earth.  It is the most addicting.

However if you are in the right mo\ind set and you want to quit for you then chances are good you will quit for you.

At the end of the day make sure you have a plan in place.  Once that happens all will work out for the best.
