You must drink a lot of water, verify if your headaches come from a back problem.

hi, im a student nurse here in the philippines, i came across your blog and i started to write you this just in case you still wants to know about remedies of your headaches. the first thing you should know is to know what type of headache you are experiencing. there are alot of types and most of them have an unknown origin. headache itself is not a disease but rather a symptom of an underlying condition. you may want to browse this page for you to understand what are the types of headaches (http://www.headachetest.co.uk/headache-types.htm}
depending of the type of headache, the treatment will have to anchor. you yourself should understand how important to describe the type of pain you have with your headache and if there are any accompanying other symptoms which may give us a lead to what is it really.
i know you wouldn't want to hear me saying to you to take pain medication. and of course, as a nurse i wouldn't do that and instead i would suggest to find some relaxation techniques that may help you calm your mind and body, you might wanna check this out {http://www.revolutionhealth.com/conditions/mental-behavioral-health/stress/relaxation-techniques/relaxation-techniques-overview)
always remember that medication should always be the last resort for pain unless there is a doctors order to do so. the danger of taking pain meds is the rebound headache which is intollerable.. it is due to getting used to the pain killers you are using and which prompt you to increase your dosage and may cause other conditions that are not healthy and pose threats to your overall wellbeing..
godbless and goodluck
Well, it really depends on what kind of headaches you are suffering from. You have to figure out the cause of them before you can properly treat them.
Are they stress related, muscle related, induced by other medication... all are treated differently.
The herb Kava Kava works wonders for my wife who suffers from TMJ. It's a natural stress reliever, non addictive and with 0 side effects.
I have heard reports from people that wearing an orgone pendant helped relieve their daily headaches.
Orgone generators transform negative energy into positive. They can also protect you from harmful EMF,electro magnetic feilds.
Try either heat or cold compresses. Some people get relief from cool compresses on their heads while others get releif from heating pads. Decide which one works best for you.
What type of headache do you have? You need it to be accurately diagnosed as a tension, cluster, migraine or cervicogenic headache and then the treatment can be based on the diagnosis. The different types of headache respond to different treatments. There are a number of different approaches from medications to manual treatments and biofeeedback.
