   What herbs do you find alleviate hay fever?
   
   I have it. Most allergy medicines don't work for me, I already use honey & vinegar, and loratadine (the one I tried this spring) is a headache and a pain in the neck. Literally. I have discovered those are side effects affecting some people, and I seem to be among them. So, what works for you? I'm going natural and looking for personal experiences here.

   See my hub http://is-it-cold-or-allergy? QBC, Quercitin Bromelain Complex, is what helped me the most. Along with grapefruit seed extract nasal spray. Other things to try are saline spray, which is the same concept as a netti pot, only without the mess. Simply, spray up the nose, and blow, helps to clear the sinuses of the offending allergen. Hope it helps, let me know.
