I too crack my whole body all the time and i was actually looking into it a few days ago..
ok, so as far as am concerned, if you feel the the need to crack your back or neck to relieve pain or discomfort, it might be an indication that there is an underlying condition..
it's time to get help from a chiropractor, he will crack you back and neck through a series of manipulation and to be extra sure that you are ok..
am planning to go too.. i often feel the need to crack my back and neck to relieve the pain..
but if you are cracking your body because of habit, i think you should stop because i haven't read a single good thing about cracking the body "and believe me i was looking :D"
studies also indicated that cracking your neck never relieves tension it actually make worse..
