How do you hydrate yourself when you are sick and having troubles keeping fluids down?

If you are sick, vomitting and becoming thirsty, how do you hydrate yourself?

One of the best ways of dealing with this is taking Oral Rehydration Solution, whihc can easily be prepared by mixing a litre of water with a pinch of salt and one Table spoon of sugar.this solutaion is to be taken 200ml or a glass once every hr till you feel better or vomiting subsides. Other method is to buy packs of ORS powdder availabe in the pharmacies over the counter and take it folowing the instructions outlined on the pack.

Drinking Coconut water is a great way to rehydrate..I mix it with carrot juice, or any juice will do the idea is to get as much liquids as possible into the system... ... .however..regardless of what form of rehydration you chose, never gulp the liquid..try sipping or using a straw..
Popscicles are a great way to rehydrate....getting Electrolytes back  into your system is important and there are commercial drinks available at any drugstore  (Pedialyte is one, great for kids)..
dehydration will cause the muscles in the body to cramp.

Thanks for the tips.  Popscicles are a great idea and probably won't make you feel sick from the smell or taste of them.  Pedialyte would be interesting to try.
