You have to remember the skin is a reflection of whats going on inside the body. It is an outward reflection of whats going on inside. For healthy skin drink plenty of water, natural omega 3 fatty acids in the diet, such as krill, coconut oil, or olive oil. They feed the skin, as well as body to remain healthy. Use chemical free topical agents, as well as makeup, and skin care. The naturals are better. For dry skin, coconut oil may be applied topically. For oily skin, and break outs, lemon juice may be dabbed on blemishes. A natural mask can also be used. Mix oatmeal with milk for dry skin. For oily mix oatmeal with water, and a tsp of lemon juice. Apply, let dry, and wipe off with a warm wash clothe. Oatmeal is a natural exfoliator. Quick oats are easy, and cheap to use.
Hormona;l balance is also a key factor, in break outs and blemishes. Taking flax seed oil in capsule form 1000-2000mg daily will help to balance them. Useful for males, and females. If it is peri menopause, or PMS, whereby estrogen is the dominant hormone, progesterone cream is very helpful. if you find yourself as a b****, you need progesterone. If you cry all the time, estrogen depletion. Really not that hard to figure out. Natural hormones do not dominate, the way synthetics do. They only balance them.http://www.amazon.com/Source-Naturals-Natural-Progesterone-Cream/dp/B000GFJJHY/ref=sr_1_2?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1368464974&sr=1-2&keywords=progesterone+cream
A vitamin d deficiency has also been linked to many skin disorders, such as psoriasis , and eczema. Dysbiosis has also been linked, which is an unhealthy over growth of bad bacteria in the intestines. Which in turn shows up outwardly on the skin. I hope this helps:)

Drink plenty of water, eat healthy, exercise even if lightly, keep your face clean, avoid products with strong chemicals, use aloe vera gel.

Having a natural healthy look is an important part of one's beauty. One of the most helpful natural care solutions for all is water. It has been proven that drinking sufficient water is vital to skin-health. Know more about your skin type and treat accordingly.
