I like the taste. Been doing most of my life, recently though I'm doing it more to avoid smoking because I'm trying to quit. There really isn't anything more psychological other than taste and good quitting technique.
good for you for putting the tobacco down! aren't you concerned about the sodium content though?we only need 2500mg a day/theres over 4000mg in just 2oz of tabasco/don't want your heart to suffer/you know?
That is a really good long term thought. I've always had low BP so I didn't even give that a thought. Thanks. That might make me look for another alternative. Might need to stick w/ my homemade low sodium kind.
oh good then:) hang in there/letting your brain cycle through the 'gimme gimme' of nicotine isn't easy but it is most worthy! you will walk away from it and be strong!!!

I had read that capsaicin was good for me, but like all things good for us I wondered if the lack of moderation may be an issue. I'm definitely use to consuming it though so hopefully not any issues. Thank you!
