I have a toned midriff and I am happy with my shape. However my legs are quite bony and my elbows stick out which makes me look too skinny. Any ideas how I could 'get bigger' but still stay healthy and toned?

Personally I would think that a high protein diet with focussed muscle building programme on the target area is the best way to do it.
White meat and squats and cycling should be good for the thighs and buttocks, which are always good assets to have!!

Resistance training + add some calories to your diet.
Look for high protein food sources, especially in the evening.
